Format: 7v7 (6 field players + goalkeeper)Minimum Players: 5 to avoid a forfeitGame Length: Two 20-minute halves (3-minute halftime)Ball: Size 5Rolling substitutions at midfield.No offside.Goalkeepers may only throw or roll the ball (no punting/drop-kicks).All restarts are indirect kicks except penalty kicks.Sideline restarts are kick-ins, with defenders 5 yards away.🏆 Tournament Format
Group stage with 2–4 guaranteed games.Points:
Win = 3Tie = 1Loss = 0Tiebreakers:
Head-to-headGoal differential (max ±4/game)Goals againstPenalty shootoutKnockout matches tied after regulation go straight to a 3-player penalty shootout.🛑 Conduct & Equipment
Coaches are optional; teams may be player-led.Shin guards are mandatory.Bring an alternate jersey/pinnie.Yellow Card: 2-minute sin bin.Red Card: Ejection plus suspension for the next match.Fighting, abusive language, or referee abuse results in team disqualification with no refund.📝 Registration
